Details:

Registration Fee:

• $15.00 (Includes breakfast, lunch, artists' reception prior to the auction, and a t-shirt)

Media:

• This event is open to any 2-dimensional media, except photography.

Terms:

• This event is limited to the first 45 artists to apply.
• Artists will complete a painting on August 16th inspired by a Waldoboro location.
• The artists will then present this painting for a live auction that evening.
• Artists are also invited to submit TWO additional pieces, previously painted, for auction, as well.
• Artists will receive 75% of the proceeds from the sale of their work. 25% will benefit our non-profit partners.
• Artists may place reserves on their work, auctioneer has authority to sell pieces within $20.00 of their reserve price. Regardless, artists will receive 75% of their reserve price, and non-profit partners will receive slightly less.
• Payments for sales will be mailed within 14 days of the close of the event.

• The form can be completed online and mailed to the Gallery along with registration fee.

Upon registration, artists will receive detailed information, maps and a schedule of events.
